SHAKER Charlesbourg

Eagerly awaited by several, the fifth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar opened its doors in January 2017, in the former premises of the Cage aux Sports on the Boulevard Henri-Bourassa. In addition to an enormous central bar, an industrial setting with a 21-foot-high ceiling and a majestic wine cellar, it has 240 indoor seating and a small, friendly terrace.
