In honour of Quebec's 2017 edition of Burger Week, SHAKER's Kitchen & Mixology team offers you a Texan & South American-inspired burger, for a perfectly sweet and salty taste pairing: EL PATRON!

A hefty, prime cut beef patty, covered with Tex-Mex Philly steak strips and jalapeño Havarti cheese, and adding to the flavour, orange-onion confit and crisp diced bacon ranch sauce. It may seem simple… but it's just sooo delicious!

Since the beginning of Burger Week, EL PATRON has won many hearts. In the words of Journal de Québec reporter, Michaёl Labranche: "This is a major league burger!"
