Travel with THE BOLLYWOOD!

The SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurants our proud to participate to the 2018 Burger Week and present, for the occasion, “The Bollywood”, an Indian-inspired burger!

Served in a pink brioche bread with gilding, this burger is composed of an Indian-spiced chicken thigh, topped with a caramelized cauliflower, bacon and paneer puree. Add a few sweet and sour beet ribbons, lettuce and tomato and obtain a burger as colourful as the culture from which it is inspired!

This one-of-a-kind burger, served with fries and cole slaw, will be available for $12 from September 1st to September 7th. $1 per burger will be donated to Moisson Quebec!
