SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology's first restaurant-bar opened in April 2015. Located in Ste-Foy in the La Pyramide shopping complex and just a couple doors away from the university campus, it has more than 400 seats and a terrace of 140 seats open year-round. In March 2016, SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology second restaurant-bar welcomed its first customers. Established at Place de l'Hetrière, it is on the border between Cap-Rouge and St-Augustin-de-Desmaures. With its 110 seats and a 60-seater summer terrace, SHAKER Cap-Rouge offers a warm and inviting atmosphere.

SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Lévis opened its doors in May 2016, and is the third largest restaurant-bar of the chain. Located on rue President Kennedy, one of the city's main shopping streets, the restaurant-bar seats up to 175 people, in addition to its sunny terrace of 100 seats.

SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology continues its expansion in Eastern Quebec with the opening of a fourth restaurant-bar in December 2016. Located in the heart of downtown Rimouski on rue St-Germain, in the former local of the Bar chez Pull, SHAKER Rimouski has 195 seats and the largest terrace of the city for the summer season.

Eagerly awaited by several, the fifth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar opened its doors in January 2017, in the former premises of the Cage aux Sports on the Boulevard Henri-Bourassa. In addition to an enormous central bar, an industrial setting with a 21-foot-high ceiling and a majestic wine cellar, it has 240 indoor seating and a small, friendly terrace.

The sixth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar opened in May 2017. Located at the Promenades Gatineau, the largest shopping center in the city, it offers 250 seats and a beautiful front terrace for the summer season.

The seventh SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar has opened in the heart of Saint-Georges in Beauce, in the former Vieux Saint-Georges location. We offer a 185-seat dining area, along with a 130-seat terrace, the largest in the city!

Starting in March 2018, people from Trois-Rivières will have their own SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar! The eighth establishment of the banner will take place at Les Rivières shopping center, on the premises of the former Sports Experts.

With a majestic central bar of 54 seats and 3 private rooms, there will be a total of 300 seats, in addition to a terrace of 80 seats.

The ninth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar is located in the city of Sherbrooke, at the Carrefour de l'Estrie! The restaurant invited its first customers in May 2018 to try the best tartares and cocktails, in the heart of its industrial chic and unparalleled décor.

More than 250 seats are offered, in addition to a huge 44-seat central bar, a private lounge and a 70-seat outdoor terrace.

First restaurant of the family to open in the Montérégie region, SHAKER St-Hyacinthe welcomes its clientele since July, 2018. Settling in the old La Cage – Brasserie Sportive locals, there is 225 seating places, including 40 around the central bar, 60 on the terrace and 50 in the private lounge.

The SHAKER St-Hyacinthe has a wide convivial table named “Le Bordel”. It’s a real central meeting point where different groups can sit at the same time without reservation.

It’s in March 2019 that the eleventh SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar opened in Victoriaville. Since the very first months of opening, its popularity was felt by the craze generated both on weekdays and weekends!

Taking place in the premises of the former Scores restaurant in LE Centre de Victoriaville at the junction of Boulevard Jutras Est and Boulevard des Bois-Franc Sud, it has 160 seats and an impressive central bar of 35 seats. Group sections are available, thanks to the removable walls, providing a warm and intimate atmosphere. As for the front terrace, it can accommodate approximately fifty people.

In May 2019, the restaurant chain, SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology, finally sets foot in Montreal! It’s on Boulevard St-Laurent, an important commercial and cultural artery in Montreal, that the twelfth SHAKER branch was created. Taking place in the former premises of Buoanotte, SHAKER St-Laurent make its debut at the same time as the arrival of the summer season!
With 250 seats and a majestic 40-seat central bar, an outdoor terrace is installed and can accommodate about sixty people.

At the beginning of April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology opened its doors to start the new year in style! The latest restaurant-bar takes place in the premises of the former Bistro Plus located in the heart of the Old Quebec, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

This branch will certainly seduce you with its 180 seats, its 40 seats around the bar and its incredible street-side terrace, which turns into a pedestrian street during summer season. The SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie team has had its eye on the Drummondville area for a while now. Good news: the dream has become a reality as a sixteenth branch has opened its doors in the former Vieux Duluth location on St. Joseph Boulevard!

Nearly 200 customers can be welcomed inside the establishment and about 100 on the terrace. Drummondville residents can now enjoy our popular tartars, burgers and cocktails!

SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology arrived in the Granby area in January 2023! The fifteenth addition take place in downtown Granby, on the rue Principale, more precisely in the former premises of the Burger King.

Renovations have been made to refresh the establishment and update it with SHAKER’s signature ambiance and decor. The place serve 200 seated people and include a large central bar as well as a terrace.

A 17th branch landed in Laval at the beginning of March 2023! The restaurant is located in the Centropolis, one of the largest restaurant complexes in the province which has been in the sights of the chain’s leaders for a long time.

With 350 seats inside and 120 seats on the terrace, this is one of the largest branches. The metropolitan area of Montreal now has two SHAKER restaurants since an establishment has been open since 2019 in the heart of downtown on St-Laurent Boulevard.

An 18th branch will arrive in Chicoutimi at the beginning of 2023 ! The restaurant will be in a part of the building that housed the newspapers Le Quotidien and Le Progrès on boulvard Talbot.

SHAKER Chicoutimi will have an industrial chic décor with a large central mixology bar. With approximately 250 seats inside as well as a terrace with over 120 seats this place will be THE destination for people to enjoy cocktails, tartars and gourmet burgers !

In June 2024, the 19th Shaker Cuisine & Mixology branch arrived in Boisbriand! Established in the former Fogo restaurant-bar.

The building has been renovated to showcase our signature industrial chic decor. Spread over two floors, the space is fully glazed, allowing for beautiful natural light.

The SHAKER Boisbriand can seat around 300 people indoors, as well as 200 seats on a massive two-story terrace, featuring private booths and a full bar for preparing our signature cocktails in Mason jars. This branch has everything you need to enjoy cocktails, tartares, and gourmet burgers!
