PURCHASES

Can I buy a gift card online?

Yes! Click on the GIFT CARDS tab.

The SHAKER gift card is valid in every branch, and delivered at your door free of charge.

The clothing I’d like to buy isn’t available in my size. What doesn’t have my size. What can I do?

If the clothing you’d like to buy isn’t available in your size, please contact our customer

service from Monday to Friday at 418 686-0069 or at this e-mail address. Our team will

be more than happy to assess the situation with you.

DELIVERY

How much will delivery cost?

Free delivery is available in Quebec and Canada on orders of $100 or more. For orders

under $100, cost vary between $7 to $12 depending on weight and size.

How long does the delivery take?

Orders are delivered 5 to 10 business days.

Do you deliver anywhere in Quebec and Canada?

Yes, our carrier provides service to all regions of Quebec and to most of the provinces of Canada (except for Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon).

How can I track my order?

When the package will be shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Visit the carrier’s website to follow your order.

* Please note that a delay can occur in the information update on the carrier’s website.

My package has gone missing, what can I do?

When the package will be shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that will allow you to retrace your package. If the item is reported « delivered », but is neither on your doorstep, nor in your postal box, contact the carrier’s customer service.

Can I retrieve my order in a restaurant?

Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve your order in a restaurant. The SHAKER online store is managed independently of restaurants.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for puchases with a VISA or MasterCard credit card, or by using the secure online payment system PayPal.

Why is my credit card getting declined?

A declined transaction can be caused by erroneous payment information (credit card number, expiration date, CVC code on the back of the card, address, etc.). Carefully verify these informations before making a second payment attempt.

If you are still having problems after verifying these informations, contact your financial institution that issued your debit card to know more.

Can I pay my order with a SHAKER gift card on the online store?

Unfortunately, you cannot. The only payment methods that are accepted are VISA or MasterCard credit cards, or by using the secure online payment system PayPal.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Can I cancel or modifiy my order?

You can cancel or modify your order free of charge before it is shipped.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible from Monday to Friday at 418 686-0069 or at this e-mail address.

The total amount of your purchase will be reimbursed on your credit card or in your PayPal account, depending on the payment method.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been shipped, wait for it to be delivered, then follow the steps of our Return Policy.

Do you accept returns?

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your items up to 30 days after receiving them. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

How long will it take to get my refund?

We will issue a refund for authorized returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned product within the next 5 to 10 business days. For more details, visit our Return Policy.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not perform exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for another, please follow the Return Policy and make a new order with the desired item.

What should I do if I receive an item that does not correspond to my order?

If you receive an item you didn’t order or if you received a damaged item, contact our customer service from Monday to Friday at 418 686-0069 or at this e-mail address to return the marchandise. We will pay for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs of the new order.

Can I return an item in one of your restaurants?
